Technical Director || 2022-2024

  • Responsible for the daily administrative management of all technical scheduling and staff scheduling for 80+ monthly shows at The Pack Theater. Create, maintain, and clearly communicate technical standards for all shows put on under the Pack banner.

  • Maintain staff timecards and tax documents for payroll. Work with Managing Director to accurately track and report monthly accounting.

  • Responsible for creating and implementing the training program to onboard new tech staff.

Attack of the Show - G4TV, Glendale, CA

Production Coordinator & Stage Manager  || 2021-2022

  • Work with show producers to schedule and secure shoot times, equipment, cast and locations for weekly comedy pre-shoots and weekly live broadcast of multiple shows across the AoTS Brand including flagship multi-camera comedy show Attack of the Show and weekly podcast-style round table Vibe Check.

  • Place, track, and document all production orders associated with weekly show production including prop and costume needs, cast and crew meals, and other misc. business expenses; reconcile all expenses at the end of the month.

  • Schedule production, studio crew and cast for weekly live broadcast including generating and sending out call sheets and other scheduling documents.

  • Work with the legal department on clearances and releases for all broadcast and pre-shoot elements.
